Product Returns

You may return an unopened, unused, non-perishable product within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the eligible product amount, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return. However, if a product is defective or contains ingredients that were not disclosed on our website, please contact Customer Service so we can review the issue.

International orders are subject to the International Orders policy above and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Shipping Fees & Return Shipping

All shipping fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.

This includes original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, international shipping charges, and any other shipping fees associated with an order.

If a customer qualifies for a product refund, the original shipping fees paid will not be included in the refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The Detox Dudes may provide a return shipping label upon request; however, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the customer's eligible refund.

How to Request a Return

Before returning an eligible product, please contact Detox Dudes Customer Service to obtain return instructions.

Do not send products back, refuse a delivery, or mark a package "Return to Sender" without first contacting Detox Dudes Customer Service and receiving return instructions.

Unauthorized returns, refused packages, and packages returned to sender without prior authorization may not be eligible for credit or a refund.

Once an authorized and eligible return has been received and inspected, we will issue the applicable product refund, minus the 15% restocking fee, return-label cost if applicable, and any other applicable non-refundable charges.

If The Detox Dudes shipped an incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact Customer Service. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate instructions for correcting the order.
